Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and the parcel. We will replace it or refund it in full, and we cover all shipping costs.
Consumables
Coffee and other consumables cannot be returned or exchanged once opened, unless the fault comes from production or transport.
How long a refund takes
Refunds go back to the payment method you used, within 7–14 business days after we confirm your request.
