1. Who we are
This website is operated by Kesiya Co., Ltd. ("the Company"), a seller of coffee and related goods under the brands KESIYA, DOITHAI Coffee and Redwood Coffee. Tax ID 0575566001187.
2. Orders
An order is complete when the Company confirms it and payment has been received in full. Prices are shown in Thai baht and include VAT where applicable. The Company may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, a price was displayed incorrectly by the system, or the order appears fraudulent — in every such case the full amount is refunded.
3. Shipping
We ship within Thailand through private courier services. Estimated delivery is 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. The tracking number is shared once the parcel has been handed to the courier, and you can follow it from your account.
4. Tax invoices
If you need a full tax invoice, enter your tax details at checkout or contact the Company before the order ships.
5. Limitation of liability
The Company is responsible for the goods until they are delivered to the address you provided. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods in that order.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
